
Timothy F. Bryson

Tim is the Founder and President of Walk With TFB, LLC. He is a highly praised keynote speaker, leader, and consultant. Tim gains expertise through his experience as an active student leader and educator. He learned many aspects of leadership, vision, and holistic well-being as a former Division 1 student-athlete, certified athletic trainer, and NCAA postgraduate intern. However, his most powerful experience of shared vision creating positive change was being elected the first Black and NPHC president of Fraternity Council at the University of South Carolina.
Tim has been blessed to speak with hundreds of students on the topics of purpose-driven leadership, mental health, and accountability/self-governance. He has spoken on a number of regional and national platforms including the Southeastern Panhellenic Conference (SEPC), College Sport Research Institute (CSRI) Annual Conference, and National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA) Annual Conference.
Tim has presented across the United States and Canada with the same message: “identify passion, inspire vision, walk in purpose.” From keynoting Greek Week to speaking at New Member Conferences and student-athlete advisory committee (SAAC) retreats, Tim’s character has been echoed as an inspirational presenter, mentor and friend.
Tim is an alumnus of The Ohio State University (M.A. ’18) and the University of South Carolina, Columbia (B.S. ’16). He is the host of the “Walk With TFB” podcast and currently serves as the Program Director, Student-Athlete Career Development at the University of Maryland, College Park. Tim is also pursuing his PhD in the College of Education at UMD. One day, he plans to become a university president.
