Tim Bryson (he/him/él) is the Founder and CEO of Walk With TFB.
A Black owned consulting firm, Walk With TFB assists athletes, colleges/universities and brands with international athlete development, internationalization strategy, and Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) education. His work has been endorsed by the Biden-Harris Administration as he was 1 of 25 Black American entrepreneurs to be selected to participate in the inaugural African Descendant Social Entrepreneurship Workshop in March 2023.

He currently consults with the Fulbright U.S. Student Program, working to expand awareness and access for college athletes seeking global learning opportunities through one of the world’s most prestigious international exchange programs.

He is a Ph.D. candidate in the Student Affairs program at UMD, College Park. Tim's research focuses on the relationship between internationalization and college athletics. He was selected to participate in the NCAA's inaugural International Student-Athlete Think Tank, been featured in The Chronicle of Higher Education, and continues to be a leading voice in public scholarship regarding sport globalization and its impact on international higher education.

Tim is a former Division I NCAA athlete, former NCAA postgraduate intern, and certified athletic trainer. Tim has served as a Sport Diplomat with the U.S. Department of State, was selected as a NAFSA: Association of International Educators RISE Fellow, and was the recipient of Diversity Abroad's 2023 Global Student Leadership Award for his commitment to advancing diversity and inclusive excellence within international education.
